Country Living Magazine features a wonderful laid-back beach bungalow on their website; which we had to share with all of our wonderful beach lovin' friends. Susan Chevalier renovated her Venice, Calif., bungalow to make entertaining as easy as a day at the beach — which it is. Guests enjoy her open-door policy, thanks to a relaxed style that proves that contemporary can still be country.
"It's really a house to put your feet up in," she adds. "Nothing is precious or protected."
