What are you cooking up for a fresh start in the New Year? One of my goals is to incorporate more seafood into my diet and I thought I'd start with some Crab Ravioli. Since I have a passion for Italian food, incorporating seafood with it was a given. Now, how do I select a recipe?
Sandra Lee features a Crab Ravioli in Creamy Tomato Sauce on The Food Network. Ms. Martha Stewart offers a different variation called, Crab Ravioli with Lemon Butter. Then Yummly.com (isn't that an adorable name?) offers 23 Crab Ravioli Recipes. Eh gads, which one to try first?!
I'd love to find one that doesn't taste too "crabby" -- any ideas?
