{Coastal Craft} Rag Wreath with Starfish

Although created by Burlap & Blue as a summer project, we love this coastal rag wreath as a beach cottage Christmas craft project.

Why do we love this project?  It uses simple materials and is very inexpensive to create plus is there anything better than a handmade creation for the Holidays?  The burlap and cotton fabrics used would look beautiful displayed near seashells and driftwood...in fact, why not add some real starfish, seashells and white ornaments into it?
