{Interior Design} Martha Stewart Kitchen

"When it comes to renovations in 2011, the cliché is true; everything old is new again," according to House & Home.

We were happy to learn that beloved materials of the past, like travertine and blond wood floors are back in style. Kitchens that look "custom-made" but come without the high cost are all the rage this year.

This kitchen's architectural detailing combines beautifully with the synthetic marble counters and frosted glass on upper cabinets. Everything is within easy reach including the coordinating cups and glasses which line up on shelves for a cozy beach cottage feel. It was created using  Martha Stewart Living's new line of kitchen designs for The Home Depot. Her designs bring a high-end look to the big-box store; which we love.
