Inspired by the Salt, Sand and Sea...

Lori & Karen
Lori Auer-Smith and Karen Marcil are inspired by the salt, sand and sea...

As sisters, they grew up in the Hampton's before the Hampton's were chic. Their time was spent living and loving the surrounding waterways-from the salty marshes to the roaring waves of the Atlantic Ocean.

With parents involved in real estate, the love of home design became a family obsession. Their passion for creating a home that is welcoming and brings the essence of the sea into the home, led them to search for the most special, unique nautical beachy furnishings.

"Our most recent project, utilizing the found treasures, drew such an overwhelming response and interest that we began the development of to share our special nautical finds and help homeowners and designers create a beach home that is comfortable for the entire family, a place to enjoy life and to nourish the soul."

Lori and Karen explained, "Our philosophy is to offer true nautical elements and a mix of styles, finishes and textures that all work together to distinguish your home from all others. By adding pops of sea glass green, watery blues and sandy neutrals we re-create the relaxed feel of summer vacation right at home. The current trend of washed reclaimed wood adds a casual beachside element that is best mixed with the classics of the rich woods, leathers and cottons. The mix of these elements creates a warm, welcoming and timeless home that is not trendy."

"Whatever your personal taste-from contemporary to transitional, we can help you capture the drama and mood of the sea and create your own sea-inspired escape".  You are sure to find beautiful nautical accessories, antiques and treasures from ships from around the world.

Hard to find genuine nautical, maritime decor, collectibles and furnishings - ship's bells, portholes, diving helmets, bulkhead lights, brass binnacles, brass ship lights, passageway lights, fox lights, and so much more...all weathered by the ocean currents. Sea Glass Balls are warn by the Sand, Sun & Saltwater found in the ocean currents off the island of Japan.

One of our favorite coastal finds is this Authentic Ship Cargo Light in Copper.  "The deep rich glow of the copper adds dram and history to either a dining room or over a ktchen island. The cargo light was once used on ships to light the decks."

Classic, simply-styled slip-cover furniture will transform your room. The chaise lounge shown below is a popular coastal furniture piece.
